INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT PREPARATION
TITLE OF THE PRESENTATION:
RULES FOR EPS-12 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

I. Author* and II. Author
Affiliation of I, Somewhere, World, Affiliation of II, Nowhere,
World

Here comes the text of abstract. Each registered author should submit only one abstract. The title should be written in 14 pt Bold Times or Times New Roman, with all capital characters and should be followed by an empty line. For authors' names please use 12 pt Times or Times New Roman characters, with the same size and type for the affiliation but in italics. After an empty line, the body of the abstract should be written in 12 pt Times or Times New Roman characters. The title, author and affiliation lines must be centred, and the body of the abstract justified, with single line spacing everywhere. At the end of the page please give the phone and fax numbers and the e-mail address of the corresponding author, marked by an asterisk (*). With 3 cm margins all around (top, bottom, left, right), the abstract has to fit to _one_ standard A4 page. Please adhere strictly to these rules.
Although it is not recommended, you can include equations and figures if absolutely necessary. The abstract can be submitted via the registration web pages of the Conference as plain text (in this case, the formatting described above will be done by the organisers, but please make sure that you don't exceed the size limits). You can also send your abstract in an e-mail attachment, as MS Word or LaTex documents, together with their Postscript version. The identifier of your abstract shown on the submission form should be used to compose the names of your documents, eg. abs123.tex (or .doc) and abs123.ps. The two files should be sent as attachments of an e-mail to abstract@eps12.kfki.hu
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate and ask the EPS-12 Organising Committee.
